Food for Friday

On Friday I had an everything bagel for breakfast with butter.  A bagel would count as two servings of grain. With my bagel I had a glass of 1% milk but it was a bigger glass so it was probably two servings of milk. I also had a bottle of water before class.  For RDA I probably should of had a fruit with breakfast.


For lunch I had a ham and cheese sandwich, a muffin and some carrots. The bread in the sandwich counted as 2 servings of bread. There was also lettuce in the sandwich which probably couldn't count for a fully serving. My muffin was a smaller muffin so it was probably only one serving. As for my carrots, it counted as one serving of vegetables. So far in my day I have had 5 servings of grains, 1 serving of meat, 3 servings of dairy and 1 serving of fruits and vegetables. I also filled my water bottle 2 times during that day.


I cannot account for what I had for dinner due to being at the stag and doe. There was so much Portuguese food there that I cannot explain what everything was because it wouldn't make much sense to you. LOL
