Food for Saturday

Since my parents were not home on Saturday, I didn't eat much because I was to lazy to make anything.

For breakfast I had an apple and milk. 1 serving of milk and 1 serving of fruit.


For lunch I had tuna helper because it was fast and easy. It was probably two servings of grains, 1 serving of fish.




For a snack I had some carrots. I like carrots a lot.



For dinner my boyfriend came over so we ordered a pizza.  I had two slices. For the day I had 2 servings of fruit/veggies, four grains, 2 milk products and 2 meat and alternatives.
It was not a very good day and I didn't follow the food guide.
