Food for Sunday

For breakfast i had the same as Friday. A bagel (2 servings of grain) and a glass of milk.

Since my parents were coming home soon i decided to wait to eat so my mom could make dinner.

She mad a soup for a early dinner late lunch. It was a very good soup. It had carrots, potatoes, celery, chicken. 1 serving of meat, 3 of vegetables and one one of grain for the noodles.  I also had some bread. 1 serving of grains. Later one we had apple pie. I serving of fruit and 1 of grains.



It was very unfortunate that my food choices were this weekend were terrible. Now that I had seen what i have eaten I will try to follow the food guide better for now on.
